Experience Construction Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Experience Construction Manager.
Qualified Candidate must possess the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent combination of related experience and technical training.
Minimum of 10 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
A proven track record of outstanding individual and team player who can take a project from conception to completion.
Knowledge of estimating, drawings, specifications, writing scopes of work, reviewing shop drawings/submittal process, AIA billing, AIA contracts, write and monitor purchase orders, change orders and schedules.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook. Knowledge of Timberline (Construction Accounting software) and Microsoft Project is a PLUS. Use of personal computer, facsimiles/copy machine and other office equipment is a MUST.
The majority of your time will be in an office environment with the other time being spent visiting the project you will manage.
Will be expected to work with project Superintendent.
May be requested to run several projects.
Ability to successfully manage and work with Owners, Architects, Vendors, Subcontractors and Governing Authorities.
Must be motivated, assertive and have outstanding leadership skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
