Objective
Under direction of Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor or a (Senior) Manufacturing Engineer, performs various skilled and complex tasks in the repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment which may include, but is not limited to, high speed automated assembly line equipment, contact welding and press machines, robotic coil winders, axial and radial inserters, wave soldering machines, and SMD equipment. Responsible to continuously improve the equipment and machinery while demonstrating excellence in maintenance service.
Essential Responsibilities
o Monitors, analyzes, diagnoses and then fine tunes or repairs machine problems in conjunction with manufacturing engineering and production supervisors. Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, wiring schematic diagrams, and complex equipment manuals.
o Utilizes advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in problem assessment. Tests and evaluates equipment performance. Utilizes effective PLC diagnostics and programming skills.
o Assists with the development and implementation of preventative maintenance programs on all equipment. Works closely with production supervisors to schedule PM activities. Train production operators on how to perform and assist with simple PM duties.
o Assists with developing and maintaining the equipment spare parts inventory. May complete purchase requisitions for the purchase of spare parts.
o Investigates causes of machine problems, raw materials, tooling and equipment. Recommends improvements to processes and equipment to improve efficiency.
o Properly documents new procedures and machine changes or additions. Accurately completes all paperwork associated with PM and machine downtime.
o May create special fixtures or modify existing equipment with the use of surface grinders, milling machines, arc welder, and lathes. Utilizes various diagnostic equipment and measuring devices such as voltmeters, calipers, micrometers, and oscilloscopes.
o Supports and participates in the Company's management and quality system including continuous improvement efforts.

o Ability to operate all production equipment.
o Effective interpersonal and communication skills with strong time and project management skills
o Preventative maintenance experience with exposure to computer software and systems.
o Ongoing ability to compete high level mechanical diagnostic, calibration, set-up and repair duties as required.

Physical Demand (Special Considerations):
Physically demanding position, which requires long periods of standing, stooping, and bending. Work may require the lifting of 25-50 lbs. Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic functions. Requires strong analytical abilities. Work may be performed in an ESD or clean room environment (no make-up, jewelry, or facial hair).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
