- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is required - Familiarity with POS systems, such as Square POS, is a plus - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Job Type:
