We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Maintain and update patient records using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling patient information - Perform general administrative tasks to support the front desk operations
Experience:
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist or in a dental office is preferred - Proficiency in using office systems like Dentrix or Eaglesoft - Familiarity with medical records management and administrative procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and staff - Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
