Responsibilities:
Performs First Article dimensional inspections and maintains First Article samples and reports.
Develops and programs Dimensional Laboratory equipment.
Modifies and creates new programs for CMM and Vision Systems based on interpretation of complex drawings.
Conducts measurement system analysis (MSA) to support Engineering and Project/Program Managers Requirements:
At least 2 years' measurement and inspection experience.
PCDMIS.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, strong math skills, problem solving ability, strong verbal and written communication skills, MS Office, ability to operate CMM and Vision Systems, ability to use calipers, micrometers, strong attention to detail, GD& T.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities on manufacturing floor.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
