As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is highly preferred - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette - Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable - Ability to handle guest relations effectively Join our team as a Guest Services Representative and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests.
