This position earns a competitive hourly wage of $17 Hours:
8 am - 5:
00 pm, Monday through Friday A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SEASONAL CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and voicemails that come through our Customer hotline.
You will be a part of an exciting work environment while interacting with our internal Customer Care and Sales teams.
We are looking for a candidate that has a passion for excellent customer service! JOB DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Answers incoming calls to the customer care phone line in a courteous and professional manner Enters information for orders and quotes Documents customer complaints and questions Communicates questions, and complaints to appropriate company representative
Qualifications:
Possess a high school degree or equivalent Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal form) Great with details Proficient in Microsoft Office Available until mid-August Likes to work in a fast-paced environment Are you a problem-solver?
