Blueprint Analysis:
Interpret blueprints to ensure alignment with production standards.
Process Improvement:
Recommend adjustments to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Material and Equipment Inspection:
Test materials and equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Precision Measurement:
Use measuring tools to evaluate product dimensions.
Quality Control:
Identify and remove non-compliant products, providing improvement recommendations.
Product Acceptance/Rejection:
Determine product acceptance based on thorough inspection, communicating results with the production team.
Random Inspections:
Conduct random inspections to ensure consistent product quality.
Computer Skills:
Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
