Charles, IL.
We are a 4-doctor, full-service animal hospital with over 30-years of history focusing on preventative medicine and human-animal bond in a friendly, flexible, and compassionate atmosphere.
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Veterinary Assistant to join our hospital team.
This is an outstanding full-time opportunity for a Veterinary Assistant that wants to be a part of a well-established practice with a strong leadership team and excellent support staff.
We are looking to hire an experienced Veterinary Assistant who shares our mission of providing excellent care to our patients and customer service to our clients.
Our ideal candidate has previous animal handling experience, preferably in an animal hospital setting.
We are open to training individuals that have a caring and compassionate attitude.
Job Duties:
Assisting veterinarians and technicians Cleaning of exam rooms, surgery tables, etc.
Vacuuming and mopping Restocking exam rooms and treatment areas Sanitizing counters, exam tables, and surgery tables General animal care within our kennel, including feeding, watering, and monitoring Benefits include a great hourly rate, career growth potential, health insurance, 401(k), vacation, training and more.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
