Summary:
Initiate automotive services and repairs by assessing vehicle performance problems and services requested; verify warranty and service contract coverage options; develop estimates and write repair orders; establish and maintain customer rapport and records.
Function as a member of a first class team that contributes to the success of our service department and the dealership as a whole.
