This position will be seasonal and less than 40 hours per week.
Flexible schedule based on need and availability.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent sense of organization and is eager to gain hospitality training as well.
Responsibilities:
Organizing the Director's paperwork, office space, desk, and files Gathering documents to prepare for meetings Making copies, sending emails, and creating spreadsheets as needed Screening visitors Filing and organizing documents, invoices, and receipts Performing basic bookkeeping tasks Starting salary will be $21/$22
based on experience.
