Duties include but are not limited to Gaining the technical and operational knowledge of the technology we provide.
Performing on-site Service Calls at our customer's facilities both in the Chicagoland area and around the USA.
Preparing and assembling new orders placed by customers.
Writing up Service Reports to ensure the customer is being billed correctly.
Providing technical phone support.
Ability to be on call for 24/7 technical support.
Desired skills MOTIVATED Eagerness to learn Good working mechanical skills Technology and Customer Service based background Experience with Microsoft Office Products Experience with technologies such as Markem Imaje, Squid Ink, Leibinger, VideoJet, Label Air, Zebra, etc.
